               Some Bugs Fixed
                          Added Money Bag System Somewhere The MoneyBag Randomly Spawns Player Who Collects it gets Few Amount of money You Can Request Moneybag by asking Online Admins

/startmb - Starts the money bag if not started already (RCON admins only).
/togglemb - Turns the money bag off or on (RCON admins only).
/admin
/moneybag - Tells you the area of the moneybag.
